These attributes significantly contribute to seamless team cooperation and overall project success.

Omer Sebastián Larrañaga
Omer is a dedicated entrepreneur, engineer, and designer with over 11 years of experience in Mechatronics and IT projects. He has been instrumental in designing and implementing the advanced technology that powers OceanBuilders homes. This includes the development of the comprehensive home automation system, electrical and power generation systems, water treatment solutions, lighting, showers and sinks, entertainment systems, security measures, air conditioning system, and all the home sensors such as the weather station and gesture control.

Alessio Dragoni
Alessio is a CAD designer for OceanBuilders. His role involves executing CAD files for manufacturing purposes. He sees himself as a link between concept ideas and real construction, a position he loves because it allows him to collaborate directly with many professionals within the company. He joined the team in late 2019 and has been privileged to witness firsthand a significant portion of the project’s evolution and many of the stunning achievements reached so far.

Azeem Akhtar
Azeem Akhtar plays an important role as a bridge between Ocean Builders and the real estate and investment landscape in the UAE. He brings extensive experience from decades in real-estate-banking and development in Dubai and the Middle East. Since his early career at Emirates NBD PJSC, through leadership roles at firms like Smart Zone Properties, Azeem has built a strong network and deep knowledge of property economics, financing, and transactions. His background gives Ocean Builders a strategic advantage for navigating regulations, investor relations, and market dynamics in the UAE, making him a vital local partner in executing floating-infrastructure projects in the region.
