This privacy policy applies to the Ocean Builders SeaPods mobile application (the “Application”) created by Ocean Builders LLC (the “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This Application is intended for informational and showcase purposes only.

1. Data Collection and Use

The Application is designed to provide a “Privacy by Design” experience.

  • Personal Information: The Application does not require account creation. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, address, or phone number.

  • Telemetry and Tracking: We do not collect telemetry, usage analytics, or device-specific identifiers. No data regarding your interactions with the app is transmitted off your device.

  • IP Addresses: While standard internet protocols involve IP addresses when accessing the “Systems Dashboard” (if hosted online), the Service Provider does not log, store, or associate these addresses with any user identity.

2. SeaPod Systems Dashboard

The Application includes a “peek inside” the SeaPod systems dashboard. This is a read-only showcase of the technology behind Ocean Builders. This feature does not access any data on your mobile device, nor does it track your location or usage habits. All data displayed is for demonstration purposes.

3. Customer Support & Contact

The Application provides a “Contact Us” feature.

  • User-Initiated Contact: If you choose to contact us via the provided email (miki@oceanbuilders.com), we will only use the information you provide (such as your email address and message) to respond to your inquiry.

  • No Marketing: We do not automatically enroll contact-page users into marketing lists.

4. Third-Party Access

Because the Application does not collect user data, no data is shared with or sold to third parties. The Application does not use third-party SDKs for advertising or behavioral tracking.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information via email, we will delete it immediately.

6. Security

We value your trust. Since the Application does not store user data, the risk of data breach is naturally minimized. We utilize standard industry protocols to ensure that any informational content delivered to the app is secure.
