“I thought I’d never do another startup,” Grant recalled. “But after hearing about seasteading, I knew I had to dive in, literally and figuratively.”

Eventually, Grant found his way to Panama, where Ocean Builders was born. Alongside a team of visionaries, he has transformed the dream of ocean living into reality, with SeaPods as the centerpiece.
